Property Management Staff

Kandy Wilson
Kandy is the Broker / Owner of Wilson Property Management. Kandy founded Wilson Property Management in 1992 with one idea in mind, to provide excellent service to her rental clients. Kandy oversees all our Property Managers, and is responsible for the day to day operations of both our Residential Property Management Team, and our Homeowner's Association Division. Kandy is a licensed Real Estate Broker (CalDRE#01120923) and has over 39+ years' experience in the property management industry.

Cassie Canfield
Cassie is our Office Manager, and our Sr. Property Manager. Cassie joined Wilson Property Management in 2006, and oversees all day to day operations of our Rental Office, as well as acts as a liaison between tenant and owners. As a Property Manager, Cassie assists in the rental of our owner's homes, as well as oversees compliance during the term of the lease. Cassie has a Bachelor’s of Arts from CSU Stanislaus and is a licensed Real Estate Broker (CalDRE#01911023) and has over 19+ years' experience in Property Management and Human Resources.

Rebecca Sa
Rebecca is our New Account Specialist, and a Property Manager. Rebecca joined Wilson Property Management in 2000, and oversees all new rental properties and guides owners through the listing and rental process. She prepares comparative market analysis reports, conducts property inspections, and makes recommendations to owners for preparing their rental property to be listed. Rebecca is a board member of the Alameda County Chapter of NARPM, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker (CalDRE#01478682). She also has an Associates of Art Degree from Las Positas College. Rebecca has over 20+ years' experience in the property management industry.

Lorri Wilson
Lorri is our Property Management Assistant. She joined us in September 2021 and assists in all aspects of the day-to-day operations. Lorri assist in rent and HOA posting, tenant billing, collections, letter writing and is a kind voice on the phone when you call in. She also coordinates move outs and fence repairs with tenants, owners and neighbors. She has 25 years of customer service.

Ramon Trujillo
Ramon joined Wilson Property Management
in February 2023 as Property Manager Assistant. He assists the property managers with showings, semi-inspections and prepares the written reports to owners. Ramon also prepares and delivers lease renewals and notices to tenants. He has 4 years of customer service experience, licensed realtor since August 2022 and is also bilingual.

Cynthia Sanchez
Cynthia joined our team in March 2023 as Front Desk Administrator. She is the first voice you hear and the first smiling face you will be greeted by when you visit our office. She processes our rental applications; she also sends out welcome letters and provides tenants with keys for move ins. She responds to all rental inquiries and coordinates the scheduling of rental showings. Cynthis assists the office staff when needed. She is also bilingual which is beneficial to our company and her 18 years of property management experience and 25 years of customer service.

Maintenance Staff

Rich Vaeth
Rich is a Maintenance Technician. Rich oversees the repair of rental properties including; plumbing, electrical, minor painting, and carpentry. Rich also conducts all tenant move-out inspection and assists in the assessment of security deposits. He also assists in coordinating contractor scheduling for large scale or renovation projects. Rich joined Wilson Property Management at its' inception in 1992. Rich has over 30 years' experience in Property Maintenance.

Jennifer Moreno
Jennifer is our Maintenance Coordinator. Jennifer is responsible for coordinating tenant reported maintenance items, and scheduled and dispatches repair vendors. She also oversees all home warranty and insurance claims. Jennifer joined Wilson Property Management in 2015 and has over 12 years’ experience within the property management industry, and over 20 years in the customer service industry.

Tootie Dasher
Tootie is a Maintenance Coordinator.
She joined Wilson Property Management March 2022. Tootie inputs maintenance service requests, obtains owner’s approval and coordinates scheduling of maintenance technicians and vendors. She assists with collecting invoices from vendors for the bookkeeper and has direct interactions with owners and tenants.

Matt Cayado
Matt is our Maintenance Supervisor
and joined Wilson Property Management in April 2022. He has been providing home maintenance since 2006 and has a keen understanding in appliance repairs. He possesses experience in managing a broad range of home improvement projects and oversees larger jobs and helps coordinate the maintenance crew.

Chris Vargas
Chris is our Maintenance Technician
since March 2023. Chris handles repairs for our residential and commercial rentals including: minor plumbing, electrical, fence repairs, irrigation repairs and carpentry. He specializes in minor painting and drywall work. Chris is a pleasure to work with and an asset to our team.

Marcos Pacheco
Marcos is our Maintenance Technician
at Wilson Property Management. Marcos handles repairs for our rental properties including: minor plumbing, electrical, minor painting, fence repairs, irrigation repairs, and carpentry. Marcos has become an asset to us since his hire date in 2017. Marcos has over 12 years’ experience in property maintenance.
Bookkeeping & Support Staff

Jessica Simpson
Jessica is our Bookkeeping Manager. Jessica oversees the day to day operations of our Bookkeeping staff. She is responsible for coordinating tenant and owner billings, preparing monthly owner statements, paying vendors and contractors, and collection of monthly rents and homeowner's dues. Jessica joined Wilson Property Management in 2008 and has over 15 years' experience in the bookkeeping and customer service industries.

Linda Cuevas
Linda is our Bookkeeping Assistant, and Association Manager Assistant. Linda oversees many aspects of our Homeowner's Associations, as well as prepares financial reports and audits, coordinates association meetings, and provides homeowner and association member support. Linda also oversees the assessment and return of tenant security deposits. Linda joined Wilson Property Management in 2004 and has over 17+ years' experience in residential property management and bookkeeping.
