Pet policy differs by each individual property. Pets may be accepted or denied based on size, breed, training, and temperament. If a pet is approved, tenants must maintain a renter’s insurance policy that includes additional pet insurance at all times. An increased deposit is required for all pets.
Our screening process includes a review of references from your previous landlord(s). As part of the screening process, we may verify employment, rental references and salary. The screening process includes running a credit report. If approved, applicants with recent bankruptcies and/or credit problems may be required to make advance rent payments and/or an increased security deposit. Please discuss any questions or concerns over credit and/or background requirements with the property manager before submitting the application. Once your application is approved, and after you decide on a property, you must sign a lease, then leave the full security deposit to secure the property as yours and remove it from the market. This must be completed within 48 hours of approval for the property. Please note, we will not remove a property from the rental market until a lease is signed and the security deposit is paid. Please note that all move-in monies (security deposit and first month's rent) must be paid in the form of a cashier’s check or money order. Personal checks for move-in funds will not be accepted.
