Job Description

From fence repairs to HVAC to plumbing to a fresh coat of paint, our Maintenance Techs are in the field and will be face to face with tenants, call owners, and have their hands in every unit. Our ideal candidate is a multi-talented, personable, technically skilled individual with a passion for fixing things and a keen eye out for detail.


You will work with our property management and maintenance team to provide exceptional service to tenants and owners. Each day will be unique, busy and will require a diverse set of skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Repair and enhance our properties. You’ll be responsible for repairing and   maintaining all plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and painting needs.
  • Not afraid to get dirty and work hard to get the job completed in a timely manner.
  • Complete service requests.
  • Notice the details and make sure to report any issues you notice at a property when servicing it.

  • General knowledge in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structural and appliances.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Strong ability to work well within a team.
  • Strong adherence to ethical standards including, but not limited to, the ability to maintain confidentiality and responsibility.

Job Requirements:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, when needed
  • Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to work, valid driver’s license for company vehicle

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Trade school and/or military training or industry designation (CAMT or CAMT II)

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor, Property Managers

Compensation Structure:

  • Health Insurance Stipend
  • Paid Company Holidays (10 days per year)
  • Paid Time Off (8 days per year)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
