Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phones/Checking messages/ returning calls & greeting clients
  • Updating & distributing rental lists
  • The mail (delivering it to post office before you leave)/the postage meter/ordering office supplies
  • Updating the rental book (white book) DAILY!!!!
  • Preparing move in packets for maintenance/ managers (keys, remotes, etc.)
  • Backing up the property managers (application processing, lease typing, and showings, as needed).  Back up for the managers, and real estate people in this office. 
  • Backing up Maintenance (emails, work orders/emergencies, etc.)
  • Notifying IT department if list is NOT accurate at all times
  • Writing letters/newsletters/notices
  • Utilities in and out of name (as tenants move out).
  • Make keys as needed and assist with mail outs. Etc.
  • Must be Dependable


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prefer 3 years’ experience in Customer Service/Phones
  • Strong computer skills: Outlook; Word
  • Office equipment skills- Postage meter, phones, copier
  • Non- smoker
  • Phone switchboard; multi-tasker
  • Must be honest and trustworthy, friendly and helpful
  • Strong organizational skills a MUST
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills are needed

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
